Orange Cleaners

Review: Dry Cleaner destroyed a $60 brand new Ralph Lauren Label shirt and offered me $30 to replace it, the owner of the business told me I paid too much for it. The shirt was worn once. When I picked it up I noticed the collar was torn where the clasp was to close it. I brought it to the owners attention and he said it happened after it left the store. I never left the store with the shirt, I looked at it before I left. The owner ended up giving me only $40 for the shirt. In this same visit to Orange Cleaners I was to pick up shirts and pants. They lost 4 of my husband's Psycho Bunny Label shirts that cost $125 a piece. I have the receipt (from when I dropped off the clothes) for it and on the receipt it lists a description of the shirts. I showed this to the owner who said they don't have the shirts and that the receipt that they gave me with the name of the business on it isn't from his shop.Desired Settlement: Orange Cleaners either needs to find the shirts or reimburse me the money.
