Good morning I apologize for the issue you are experiencingI do agree that was a great benefit that Fiat offered until April 30th,They terminated the benefit in April and therefore we cannot offer, discuss or mention about the offerMy current staff is new and your salesperson was not here in March to be able to even mention about that benefit as they were not employee at the time the benefit was offered thru FCA.I do see thru our CRM tool that you were negotiating for several months before you decided to lease the vehicle it is very possible that when you started your negotiation it was offered then but again the date you leased the vehicle the offer was terminated on April 30th,I regret, but unfortunately we cannot do anything about rental benefitIf you ever need to rent a vehicle from Orange Coast FIAT I can offer discounted rate just for you as a loyal customer, other than that we can not enforce FCA to add the benefit just for your lease Once again please accept my apologies for the issue you experienced and hope to see you soon Thank you [redacted]

Dear [redacted] The $mistake was due to publishing from the advertisement company and it was only hours up on the site when we discovered the mistakeWe had not offered nor advertised rental car offers since April 30th,There could of not been any mistake as the offer is not from us and it comes directly from FCAYou are right the $mistake offer was the only one that the advertising company made, which was fixed in less than an hour it was posted nd that is why you were offered $plus tax on your lease for $MSRP vehicle Your deal with the sunroof of MSRP of $for $99.00plus tax was a special deal for you for that day, As the next day the advertisement was for $vehicles and it was $plus tax with qualified lease, so again you are mistaken thinking we extended the same offer to othersYou did receive a special offer on more expensive vehicle instead of paying additional $in payments we honored just for you more expensive vehicle for only $plus taxYou saved apx $plus tax Once again I apologize as my staff should of explained you in detail what a special deal you were getting if you were willing to come in that dayI will ensure they take their time to read customer emails in detail to ensure they answer all questions properly In Our CRM tool it shows you inquired about the vehicle on 3/26/15, so you have been in contact with various sales employees since thenThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
That is incorrect I had only considered the lease option on that day I had not previously been in any negotiations to lease a Fiat 500e with your dealership or any other. In fact, that morning, you had originally advertised the monthly lease price of the 500e as $on your website.I happened to be at the dealership to have my 500l serviced, and I was told about this price by *** ***.I asked *** to check when they would have a non-sunroof model in stock, and then later requested the $69/month deal through their website.*** *** then phoned to apologize and tell me that the $69/month price was a mistake, but they would honor $99/month for that day only, as a courtesy to me.I accepted his apology about the mistake, and decided to take the $99/month offer. The next day, this same offer ($99) was advertised to everyone on their website (so it wasn't actually just for day only!)Therefore, I only found out about the rental offer from Fiat on the same day I actually leased the car in question I had no previous knowledge of that offer Your dealership was the source of that information, and they provided it after the offer had already expired, thereby misleading me during the period when I was considering whether or not to lease the vehicle.Perhaps it was a mistake on the part of an individual at your dealership, and perhaps the advertised offer of $69/month on your website was also a mistake, and perhaps when I was told that I had to make a decision on that same day in order to get $99/month was also a mistake...but it is hard to understand how your dealership managed to make so many mistakes in such a short period of time

Dear customer
We do not advertise with car gurus
As you know the MSRP on those vehicles is apx plus not
I myself cannot purchase nor lease one for that price
Please let me know what is the best number and we can find out the exact
issue
Again we do not have any advertising with car gurus and if there is any of our cars advertised I will open investigation with them unless the name of advertiser is incorrect
Thank you

Dear [redacted]

I reviewed your email and complaint with Revdex.com. Claim id [redacted].
The msrp of the vehicle you purchased was 21400.00. [redacted] gave you the best possible price that you could find and leased the vehicle to you for $16301.40 per your contract. That is...

about $5098.60 in savings. Regarding trade in vehicle it had 131145 mils and he did again his best and gave you retail value on your vehicle that was wholesaled unit per miles. We do not retail vehicles over 100000 miles and over 6 years old. Appraised value on your vehicle 3 years ago was $3000.00 he gave you $3200.05 for your vehicle with 131145 miles.
Looking at your contract your purchase price at the end of the lease shows $9844.00 plus disposition fees and of course I am not sure if there is a mile charge or not.
We do not have control over residual value but we have control over the price that you leased  for and you received huge discount when you leased the vehicle in 2011.
Per your complaint you think that you owe more maybe you are given wrong information? Your contract stated $9844.00 plus disposition fee. I think you are given wrong information or you are reading your lease contract wrong.

Thank you

Dear [redacted]
I sincerely apologize for my teams mistake of contracting you in 12k per year miles as all the numbers that were negotiated with you back and forth were for 10k miles per year. Like I said in my email thru Yelp I was not aware of the situation and will ensure my team...

receives additional training how to prevent mistakes like this in the future. One of our core values are to have Happy customers and while I understand we can not make everyone happy we can ensure they have a positive buying experience. In your case the sales person went back and forth few times to get the payments reduced and the miles were left at original terms not what your desired payment would allow. I was also told you found another studio with better terms and wanted to lease from them.
Again I thank you for your feedback and will ensure my team gets me involved in the future.
Thank you

That is incorrect.  I had only considered the lease option on that day.  I had not previously been in any negotiations to lease a Fiat 500e with your dealership or any other.
In fact, that morning, you had originally advertised the monthly lease price of the 500e as $69 on your website.
I happened to be at the dealership to have my 500l serviced, and I was told about this price by [redacted].
I asked [redacted] to check when they would have a non-sunroof model in stock, and then later requested the $69/month deal through their website.
[redacted] then phoned to apologize and tell me that the $69/month price was a mistake, but they would honor $99/month for that day only, as a courtesy to me.
I accepted his apology about the mistake, and decided to take the $99/month offer.  The next day, this same offer ($99) was advertised to everyone on their website (so it wasn't actually just for 1 day only!)
Therefore, I only found out about the rental offer from Fiat on the same day I actually leased the car in question.  I had no previous knowledge of that offer.   Your dealership was the source of that information,
