Below is my response: The response by the business is not acceptable and will not resolve my complaint because he is not addressing the issues in the complaintWe have been trying to get answers from this business for several months now with no luckThe business response says that it is their policy not to discuss the business of one client to another due to laws but does not explain why they disclosed my information to another client.We have asked this business many times to be honest in writing and he refuses to do soThe manager, [redacted] told me verbally that the information on invoice given to my neighbor is and it was written at the request of my neighbor without any testsHe also told me that he does not want to be involved in her scamAll we have asked is to clarify this in writing and he refuses to do soHe talks in general about diagnosis but not about the specifics of this issueOrange Coast Plumbing is as crooked as their plumber by not correcting his mistakeOrange Coast Plumbing says they don't want to get involved with neighbors but by their and fraudulent invoice, they enabled my neighbor to commit fraudThank you

We were called out for repair work by [redacted] [redacted] at [redacted] Dr., Huntington Beach We preformed services, solved all her plumbing issues and we were paid in full She even complemented our work and serviceman [redacted] Do at [redacted] Dr., Huntington Beach, [redacted] ’s neighbor called us out for plumbing services, We completed all repairs, we were paid in full and the customer was satisfiedWater from [redacted] ’s previous leak showed up on [redacted] Do’s drywall [redacted] called us and wanted us to change our invoice fraudulently and we declined [redacted] proceed to the contact the Revdex.com We called and tried to resolve this issue with her [redacted] told us that she never said these things to the B.B.Band that they fabricated the complaint This is a matter between [redacted] and [redacted] ** and not Orange Coast PlumbingIf you have any questions or if there is anything further that I can help you with, please let me know Thank you for using Orange Coast Plumbing, we appreciate your business.www.orangecoastplumbing.netP.OBox 3249Santa Ana, CA [email protected](714) 953-

It is our policy not to discuss our client's information with other client's due to disclosure lawsSo this persons complaint about my discussion with her is inaccurate in regards to her neighborWe can perform visual inspections and we are equipped with moisture meters that can pin point where a leak is coming fromI am curious as to how this person knows what type of procedures were done especially if they were not thereAlso, it does not make sense for any one of our techs to knock on another person's door to discuss their plumbing issues with another personWe were called out to provide a service and did so to the best of our ability,and both parties were happy with the service because our office staff follows up with all of our clientsThe only reason this is all of a sudden an issue is because the parties insurance company is now involvedAs I have stated before, I will not fabricate nor will I change an invoice for anyone who is looking to gain any financial edge on someone else!

Business response is rejected because it does not address any issues in my complaint and is full of statementsPlease ask them to respond specifically to issues of my complaint as follow: 1- Why did they violate privacy laws and their own policies when they gave my private information to a third party without my permission? 2- The business has to be able to explain their diagnosis when they give it in writingAccording to *** *** from orange coast plumbing as wells as other experts in the field, you have to open up the wall and perform various tests to locate the water sourceMr*** said to me that my neighbor’s wall was not opened and no tests were doneHe says that his plumber wrote that at the request of my neighbor and without any tests or verificationHis exact sentence was that my neighbor is running a scam and he does not want to be part of itSince they did not open up my neighbor’s wall and there were no tests, that makes the invoice invalid and inaccurateAll I want is a letter, email, etcfrom him that says his invoice was not based on any tests but he refuses to do 3-Orange Coast Plumbing has never tried to resolve this matter with me as he erroneously said in his response*** *** called me on 6/21/at 12:pmThe call was about minutes and he yelled at me the entire timeHe had just gotten off the phone with the Revdex.com representativeHe was upset about the complaint and said filing a complaint was nastyHe repeated at least times during this call that because I complained, he would call my neighbor and offer to help her with her fraud in every way and in anything else he can help her just to get even with meHe hung up on me and called back in a few minutes and yelled at me some more and hung up on me again 4- Orange Coast Plumbing has no work ethics or integrityThey gave my information to my neighbor violating privacy laws, gave her a phony invoice when she asked and the plumber who wrote the phony invoice has disappearedThey say this is between me and my neighbor but they are the ones who created this problemI tried nearly for months to resolve this with themAll I got was “I don’t have my notes”, “I am not in my office”, “my plumber who wrote it is gone” , “call me later”, “I will call you later”, “I don’t have time right now” and a lot of getting yelled atBottom line is they need to correct their error

Thank you for helpYou have been great.I have attached the Orange Coast Plumbing invoice they gave to my neighborThe additional info that I could not include online because of size limitations are as follow: *** ***, general manager, kept telling me to call back the next day because he was
busy, did not have his notes with him or some other excuses. When I did, he would not take my callHe is refusing to clarify and giving me a letter because he says if he writes one letter, they will ask him for moreHe keeps repeating that he does not have time to write lettersI explained that he writes one letter only to meNo one will ask him for lettersHe Says he does not know what the insurance company is up toHe also says that "the lady" referring to my neighbor is running a scam and he does not want to be sued by her. I have explained to him that the lady has no reason to sue him if he is just telling the truth but he acts like he doesn't understand that. It has been all excuses one after another and he has never given me a reason why he doesn't want to correct the error that his employee madeI have asked him that many times but his answer is always the same, the lady is running a scamHe refuses to understand that if the lady is running a scam it is because of his company and his employee giving a statement in writingI have told him that by not not correcting that statement he is participating in the scam but he acts like he doesn't understand that
