Review: I have microwave that is over 15 years old. My daughter was opening it and handle came off. I called AHS (American Home Shield Insurance) and they send CA Appliance Repair services. The technician they sent, [redacted], was rudest and most ill-mannered serviceman I ever met. He entered my property through the back gate without bothering to announce his arrival, introduction or greeting. He talked to me like I was his majesty unworthy subject. He said that in order to keep microwave running properly I should off, as a routine, unscrew grill and clean microwave insides; and that would off prevent all the problems. After that he left without saying goodbye. I checked GE's manual and there was nothing regarding cleaning microwave this way in order to maintain it. But the worst came 2 days later when I got a phone call from AHS saying that my claim was denied do to our abuse of equipment. If microwave was abused, how come it was still running after more than 15 years?Desired Settlement: would like to be refunded my deductible of $75
