On February **, 2012 you purchased your X5 from Orange County BMW. At the time of purchase, the car fax had...

shown that a front bumper, rear bumper, left fender, headlight and tail light were ordered. The Carfax did not state that an accident occurred. In cases of bad accidents, there are typically more parts needed. This could indicate additional damage; however, that is not the case with your X5. In your transaction there was negative equity from your prior vehicle, that was rolled into the current transaction. The X5 that was sold to you passed BMW certification and had no issues. On September **, 2014, Orange Country BMW met with you and offered to trade you out of your current X5 at fair market value. On September **, 2014, I had a phone conversation with you and offered to trade you out of the X5 and into another BMW. Orange County BMW stands behind the BMWs that we sell to our valued customers. We again are willing to help you trade out of your X5 and get into another BMW.

Review: on 2/**/16 I purchased a 2013 BMW 535i xdrive with VIN [redacted]. I emailed the sales representative Ernest on 2/**/16 that I would arrive with my kids at the train station at 1230PM, it was clear I was coming to purchase the car. Ernest picked me up, I test drove the car and told him I was happy and wanted to move forward. We discussed a few items and then about 115 PM he said he will get the finance person to meet with me. At 2 PM he came and explained they are busy and the finance person will be with me in no more than an hour. I finally met with finance person at 415 PM. When I walked in he told me he contacted BMW Financial and my interested rate for the loan would be 6.64%. I was very shocked because I just paid off a loan with them with never being late with any payments and that was at 3.9% and my credit is above 730 . I asked him to review what he submitted because there must be a mistake. After going back and forth he claimed to have forgotten to check off that this was a CPO and is now able to offer me 3.9%. We discussed some additional warranty information for the Tire & Wheel protection. I told him I had the BMW tire & wheel protection on my previous car and I was really happy with them. He said a lot has changed with that one and it will now cost me $5500 vs the $1300 I paid less than 3 yrs ago. He sold me a 3rd party one for $2995 for 5 yrs however I called other dealers and 3 of them told me the BMW tire & wheel protection ranges from 900-1600 depending on the dealer, no one came close to the $5500. After we agreed on all the add-ons he told me my payment would be 644 a month. I explained that is too much and asked if there was other options. He told me we can do the select financing option from BMW and after running the number he said I can save about $60 a month to which I agreed. He asked me to wait outside while he prints the contract. He came about 5 minutes later and said he made a mistake and I really will not save any money with the select financing so I asked if there was any other option. He said my vehicle qualifies for a lease but after punching some random numbers in his computer he simply said "you don't want to do this option, the payments will be over $1000 a month". He offered no explanation and after being there for almost 5 hours with my kids waiting in the waiting area, I said fine lets just finish this up so I can go home. I did some research and found that for the select financing my payments definitely should have been lower and for the leasing option it would have been drastically lower. I also found out he lied to me about the tire & wheel protection simply to persuade me to purchase the 3rd party coverage. He was very dishonest and I felt he purposely made me wait knowing I had kids so that I would not question what he was providing. The entire time I was there I did not see one person or couple wait as lone as I did.Desired Settlement: I want someone from the dealership to go over my financing options again and give me honest costs and rates so we can rewrite the sales contract.

Review: I was sold a BMW x5 that was in a bad accident depreciating the cars value. When I tried to trade the car in that's when the dealer told me the truck was almost totaled in 2010, dealership stated they didn't know ! I purchased the car in 2012 as a certified car ! They sold me the car for full price value and the car has had many issues due to the accident!Desired Settlement: They should give me the deprecated value amount which is $3,000! Also a letter of apology
