I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey lied againThey wrote that we received "partial services" - there was no such thingAs stated in the original claim, my brother never got any instructions from them and they made him wait 1.5+ hours before cancelling on himThey even had the audacity to tell us that they never "confirmed" the reservation with himI don't know what services they are talking about - giving us lies over the telephone?
They said that they've "issued a full refund"I'm not sure what to say regarding this statement because technically, I did receive all of my money back, but it wasn't through them - it was through filing a dispute with my credit card companyThe first time I did this, my credit card company issued me a full refund, then they charged my credit card without consulting me, and I had to get another dispute to get that refundedThey are very dishonest and unethicalI don't think that it's even legal for them to automatically store my credit card information and charge it like that, without my expressed consentI hope you will include this in the report so that other customers will knowDue to them, I had to file a bunch of additional paperwork and call around trying to get this situation resolved, multiple times, and you can be sure that they did not "helped the consumer in any way they have needed." Although they were not hostile in their communication with me, they have continued to prove themselves to be liars and dishonest in their business practicesI would never want to have anything to do with them againMy credit card company recently finalized the second dispute and so for now, this matter is resolved regarding my refund, but I would like all of this documentation to be included for other consumers to knowThank you

I signed my son with this driving school in May 31,I payed $for a hour one on one as what they told me over the phoneHis first pick up was 6/22/the instructor was late hour and minuteswhen he arrived I noticed there were other students in the carI was disappointed because it was suppose to be one on one with the instructorI immediately emailed management that eveningThe name of the manager was MariaI called her office numerous times and left voice messagesBut no luck, she never replied back or email backSo then after several attempts to main office, I spoke to LindseyI told her what was going on and she told me Maria had put a message on her notes for the office to relay to meShe said Maria has noted that my son will be driving alone with instructor next time on pick upI asked Lindsey on why hadn't Maria returned my email or phone call and she rudely said "Well why does she have to talk to you hen I'm relaying the message" I thought when you leave a message to a manager they themselves give you a decency phone callBut that wasn't the case
I took her word on Marias notesMy son got picked up the 2nd time on 8/10/at 6:30, well there were other students in the car, I had Gilbert the instructor call the officePriscilla answered and I asked her what was going on, why were there other students in the car? Priscilla was very rude talking over me, asking me, "well if you want a refund then we can do that" she then said that's not how we do it, we do group sessions not one on one for what u payed" I told her well that's not what they told me when I signed my son upBut that evening my son got to drive hours.That evening I emailed management again and explained what had happenedI called the office to talk to someone and no one answered my phone callsI left voice message to different numbers(619) (949) and still no luckI called for days several times a dayI then unexpectedly received an email on Friday August saying that they had refunded me $which deducted the hours my son droveWell they should off given me credit only for hours not 2.5, because that minutes he drove was a wasteI never agreed for a refund, all I wanted was to talk to manager and have my son drive one on one with Gilbertalso the email says that the back of the permit was signed for hours and there is no such thing stating on the permit the hoursThere is only one signatureThey waste my time and being ill with a chronic illness it is hard to move aroundNow I have to go look for another driving school and pay the remainder hoursbecause they wont accept the hours
All I ever wanted was my son to drive one on oneMaybe if Management would of returned my calls or emails things would of been different and I would of not gone this farTheir staff is very rude as wellI have to say Gilbert the instructor is a nice guy!
PS: I wanted to write a review on yelp but they are not there
