Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, the only tags we received are two old and crumpled tags with unclear faded writing. Second, your explanation cannot explain: (1) why the underwater skimmer was full of dirts? (2) why a water pipe was put along the poolside and kept pouring water into the pool? Who did this and why your employee did nothing? (3) Our leaf skimmer was broken and thrown in the backyard, which is supposed to be put on the hanger fixed on the wall? Who did this and why your employee did nothing? Third, If you indeed worked weekly, why you did not show up on May 23rd (Tuesday), which is the fixed maintenance day based on our agreementMeanwhile, we did not received any advanced notice relating to the change of the date or the absence. Fourth, your company and your company’s website never informe us that your maintenance service is a minutes window serviceOtherwise, we would not pay dollars a month just for a minutes leaves collecting serviceWe expect a good and complete service instead of roughly minutes check and clean. Fifth, since May 26, 2017, no one showed up to do the maintenanceIn another word, no service was offered in JuneHowever, your company still claimed for the fees, which is unacceptableIn addition, I do not see any legal ground for your company to claim a **en on our propertyYou should do your job first and then ask for the money. To conclude, your explanation is not reasonable and unacceptableThus, we require that your company remove the **en on our property and give the refund since you did not work properly

First of all [redacted] did not fry the motor, we were sold the wrong one, we were sold a 1 speed motor not a 2 speed motor. Secondly we were not told to not run the spa for any reason by [redacted] & the reasons your giving have nothing to do with motor. When [redacted] left after installing the pump, HE...

left the spa running and it never shut off, therefore [redacted] had to pull the breaker, it only leaked when it wasn't running not when it was running, that is why it wasn't leaking after the Install before [redacted] left. That is why [redacted] didn't see it leaking, because it was running. We called you numerous times to tell you when [redacted] installed the pump he cross threaded it at the joint & that Is where it is leaking & you REFUSED TO COME OUT & FIX IT OR EVEN LOOK AT IT.Of course ocps was not aware of the Issue of the pump stopped working until 9-15-15 because it didn't stop working until approx. 9-4-15 at which time we had another repair company come out to give us an estimate. When I emailed you, you sald to call the manufacturer which I did & spoke with [redacted] who told me they do not deal with customers & you would need to call. So when you talked to [redacted] he said he did not talk to me because he did not ask me my name.It doesn't matter to me that you are insulted, we are out $554.42. It also means nothing that you have been in business for 20 years. Have you seen your profile on [redacted] or even on the Revdex.com web site. My biggest regret is that we didn't look for your reviews before we called you.

There was never an issue with the complainants pool service on her part untilwe told her we would be cancelling service,if she would not leave gate unlocked on herservice day , because we would come out to service her pool and the gate would be locked and she would not provide a key for...

entrance.Which means we would have to skip a week for service, and the following week, if we could getin would cost us more time and money in chemicals to correct the situation . This all started whenwe said we would cancel her service if she did not keep gate unlocked and when we tried to collect for unpaid pool service.Which for the most part she was always late in payment of the monthly invoices, and we would have to call her .Regarding the filter cleaning,we take photos that are dated when this service is performed. We will be filing a lien, on Monday8/29/2016 followed by legal action Sincerely,Orange County Pool and Spa

9/17/2015Yes, we installed a pump for [redacted] and [redacted] on 7/24/2015.The reason we were called out is [redacted] attempted to install a pump on his own(wrong pump )and fried the motor. Before the technician left, he left specific instructions for[redacted] to not run the spa pump until  1) The topside / controls was replaced. 2) The leakswere repaired and 3) Install a GFI (ground fault interrupter. We were hired only to install the new pump and were not aware of the other issues until we arrived. On 7/25/2015 the very next day we get a call that the spa is not running right . We than told [redacted] AGAIN, you were not supposedto run the spa pump until the above issues were fixed. His response was Oh yeah, I forgot. As faras the complaint from [redacted] that they were having issues on same day of the install. Whenthe technician left the pump was running fine and not leaking. There were other leaks in the systemnot related to the pump install. We also were not aware of any issues with the pump until [redacted] called and emailed us on 9/15/2015 almost 7 weeks later. Also the part about wanting a new pump and this time install it correctly, from someone who fried his motor ([redacted]) after attempting to do his own repair , is an insult. We have been in business going on 20 years, and are very capable in what we do. We can not control what happens after we leave. We feel this is not a warranty issue but, rather the customer not following specific instructions, attempting further repairs on his own ( [redacted] ) and failure to care for the equipment properly. Respectifully,[redacted] Orange County Pool and Spa

We showed up every week and we also left door tags each visit. The last couple weeks we had strong winds. As customer knows from our previous conversations, they have a lot of trees and eucalyptus trees over their pool. Any time the wind blow a **ttle, their pool gets covered. We have been batt**ng...

their pool for weeks now trying to keep leaves out. With all the leaves, their skimmer had gotten blocked which we blew out, their cleaner gets clogged faster etc. we do as much as we can on a weekly basis. There are weeks when we have winds and your pool is covered in leaves that we may not get it all the way cleaned. It may be a process to clean. We can't spend an hour or two per pool to clean to get them all In Shape, just not enough time in the day. We will continue to hustle and clean as best possible in the 30 min time window we have to get these into shape. I apologize about the leaves but sometimes the winds are just too much. We even changed pool personnel and they were still not happy. It's funny how we get a complaint onthe Revdex.com when we try to collect money due for pool service. Orange County Pool and Spa

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I admit there have been occasions where we or our house sitter have forgotten to unlock the gate for pool service.  However, when we signed up with them they said they did not want the dogs to be in the yard when they were cleaning.  They never once asked for a key to the gate/lock until they sent the nasty e-mails at the end of our service.   They forgot to mention to you that the days that the gate was locked we still paid for the service and not once did they ever say we needed to pay extra because we left the gate locked until they were nasty at the end of our service.   Oh, and they forgot to mention that there were several times in the years that the person cleaning our pool failed to show up even when the gate was left unlocked.  This would typically happen on weeks that included a holiday.  We would get no notice or notification they were not coming.  And the only time I mentioned it was around July 4 of this year when they had not come two weeks in a row and unfortunately we forgot to leave the gate unlocked the third week.  I admit our fault to the third week but not the prior two.  And yes, we would still pay when they did not show up when the gate was unlocked.   They are unfortunately what I thought was a really good company on the outside but have seen the nasty, hateful reality of who they really are.  Who files a lien without even talking to the consumer about paying back what is owed?  Since they created the hostility I do not feel comfortable calling them to better understand my bill.  That’s all I want – is to understand what they are charging me for since both pieces of paper show $130 but they are charging me for $296, and are charging me for filter cleaning due in October.  And at the end of the day if we owe the amount they are trying to get by bullying us, we will pay it.  I just want to understand this whole thing.   Thank you for your assistance!  Very much appreciated.

6/24/2015[redacted] ,Called inquiring about an unpaid invoice of $170.00 for pool service.Which he felt he did not owe. We called and emailed him back, trying to explain, that  he did not owe $170.00.He had made a partial payment of only $85.00 . And the balance due was only $85.00He...

proceeded to yell, etc, and followed up with a false review and a complaint to the Revdex.com.All we were trying to do, is collect the $85.00 for past pool service ,legally due us , when hedid not pay the invoice in full. We have also sent him the full quick report, based on invoicesand payments made.Thank you,Orange County Pool and Spa
