This person came in to my office around the date of 12/and dropped off the documents to be servedHe had the option to pay at the office by cash or check he chose to pay by credit card which can delay the process. He was invoiced for a standard serve (usually attempted with in to days)on 12/8,
he said he was not able to pay the 12/invoice due to some kind of error so I had to resend it on 12/9, he paid it on 12/Monday.Service was completed on 12/3day after payment was received per the agreement. When he called on Thursday the 15th this man was so out of control we had to inform him the conversation was being recorded and to notify him that the police are going to be called if he continues to make threats to me I had to warn my office staff that he could be a threat!I tried to explain statues of the service but he would not allow me to speak. Please see my attachments,1st document is the request for he filled out, the writing in red is mine explaining to you the form he filled out it shows my terms of service, the times frame in which service is done and it show the errors he made on his instructions to me.2nd doc is the invoice showing when he was invoiced and the terms of service again3rd is the transaction detail showing when he paid

Regards,
[redacted]
First, [redacted] is truly dishonest. When I dropped off the forms to his office, we talked about the timeframe they needed to be delivered and I asked to pay with the receptionist immediately. He said, the only way I could pay was by him sending me an email form to submit payment via [redacted] (I later realized that [redacted] utilizes a virtual office and the receptionist doesn't actually work for him thus that's why she couldn't take payment). I asked him if there was any way to send it immediately, and he told me that he had left the office for the day and would send it to me the following day. He failed to do that for two days straight. I called his office numerous times within those two days. He claimed that he had sent it to the wrong email despite having sent me an email in the past to the correct address. That Friday, he assured me that "his guy" was out with the forms and would deliver them to my wife's attorney that day since it was just barely 3PM and they didn't close till 5. The wrong address he claims to be listed was not the wrong address. He was still welcome to make a first attempt to my wife's home. Secondly, with regards to payment, he said that they would deliver that Friday and because of his error and delay in sending me the mode of payment, I should take the weekend to pay and they would get it out that Friday nonetheless. Notice the several days between the drop off of the form and him ACTUALLY EMAILING ME THE INVOICE! I didn't need to pay for rush because had [redacted] followed through on his commitment, then notice would have been served by 12/13 as I had requested.Second, [redacted] not only failed to deliver that Friday (12/9), but also the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. My wife called me three times on Thursday because she ran out of gas, but I thought there was an issue with the divorce proceedings so I called [redacted] to confirm that he had served notice as promised. He pretended that he didn't know who I was and said he had to call "his guy" to see if he got it out. I don't believe that [redacted] has anyone who works for him (or that he can prove). I believe he looks for ways to pass the blame for his incompetence. From Day 1, he failed to promptly send me the invoice, failed to deliver on Friday the 9th as he promised or the following 4 business days. Divorce proceedings involve the dissolution of assets and parental rights (very time and personally sensitive matters). [redacted]s charges 10 to 15 times the cost of in-town delivery for postmates, lyft, and uber, yet acts with less integrity and urgency than all of them. When he did deliver, he inappropriately disparaged me to wife's counsel claiming that calling my him numerous times for him to do HIS JOB was harassment. I asked for a refund and he sent me a completely inappropriate email threatening to impede my legal career with a TRO and lawsuit if I complained about him online or performed a charge back (also attached). If he does not refund my money, I plan to further pursuing an investigation with the state Department of Commerce and the AG's office.
