Review: [redacted] (Chiropractor) has a Full Page Ad that ran in the "Focus Medicine" section of the Orange County Register Newspaper on November 12, 2013. Within the ad, he has MRI pictures in which he depicts a "Torn Meniscus" in a "MRI Before" picture and then shows a 2nd photo that declares "Healed knee meniscus after only 11 Lifelight Laser treatments". My issue is that the arrows depicting the Meniscus are not actually pointing to the meniscus in the first place but, more importantly, there is ABSOLUTELY no scientific proof or legitimate published research that would support his allegation that a laser placed on the outside of the body can heal an MRI positive meniscus tear. This is completely false and misleading advertising synonymous with "shark cartilage" cures. I cannot refute the possibility that someone may have less "Meniscus Tear" symptoms following laser treatments but he cannot "HEAL" a meniscus tear with a laser outside the body---It just isn't possible.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a "Retraction" of the comments published in the same Orange County Register with an Apology to the public for misleading them into believing that he could "HEAL" a pathology that cannot be healed with his laser. He needs to be truthful in his allegations as to what a "laser treatment" can do based on published scientific data.
