it. Her mechanic said it was in good shape and didn't see any problems after his test drive and inspection. After approximately 1 month, [redacted] called and said the van made a noise and she was going to bring it to her mechanic. Later that week she called again and said her mechanic didn't find anything wrong with it and wanted me to fix it. I brought the van to my mechanic and he said there are no check engine lights on, no trouble codes, or any other warning lights present. I returned the van back to [redacted] and explained what the mechanic said. I explained that she needs to drive the van because the noise she was hearing was so sporadic and the noise (problem) wasn't throwing any codes in the vehicles computer. She was very irate throughout this entire process and said she was going to bring it to the dealer and have them fix it and send me the bill. The dealer diagnosed and recommended the same thing, drive the vehicle until a trouble code is present. [redacted] demanded I refund her money because of a "noise" that happens once every 250-500 miles in a 12 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles. I did everything in my power to help [redacted], but she was impossible to please.

Review: We bought the van on August **, 2014 less then a month we started to a noise that sound like the van was going to turn off we took it back to Orange County trailers he test drove it and heard the noise and said wait for a check the engine light to come on and gave us back the van the noise became worst and we took it back he stood with the van for a few days he the called us a told us we should have a transmission flush and wanted us to pay I told him why do we have to pay if the van is under warranty and we haven't had the van for even a month yet he didn't say anything and we told him to give us the van back because he is not helping us we even to him to refund us the money back or give us another van he said no he was very unhelpful and not someone I would Recommend the noise in the van become worst within less of a month that we purchase it I had to get rid of the van and buy a new oneDesired Settlement: We would like to have our money refunded
