Review: I am my son's care giver. We went to Dr. [redacted] mid February 2015. After 3 months of trying to get results with doctor [redacted], Urologist, nothing was done. By the time we went to him, we already had blood work ordered by my son's ear, nose & throat doctor. Dr. [redacted] ordered another blood test and kept telling my son, even though you have very low testosterone, he was against giving him testosterone medication. He then sent my son to get an MRI, and then to the endocrinologist. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for his MRI. Then another week to go to the endocrinologist, by now over two months have gone by. The biggest problem, even though they have 4 locations, if you put all 4 locations together it does not even make one efficient location. And to contact them, we cannot call his office directly. They have a centralized number, probably in Laguna Hills. Thus, they are just as uppity as Laguna Hills. I requested his records and by today, the records had not been sent even though Carmen said she would do it immediately. I just faxed another request, and have a fax confirmation both times. They can't even manage their fax; let alone their patients. And the doctors are like mystery doctors, you get to only see them 5 minutes with an appointment. The central number is [redacted]. After over 2 months, nothing got done by them. There is so much red tape dealing with them. It was a big mistake dealing with them, and a big mistake them being doctors and medical offices, I can say as a CPA. We are told we cannot be connected to the doctors office directly. I finally found another urologist who gave us in appointment in 1 week and on the same day my son got a shot and prescription. Therefore, they are only into themselves; rather than having the best interest for their patients. For sure I am going to dispute or their charges.Desired Settlement: We request that all charges are reversed, due to services not rendered with any final results, just running around and red tape.
