I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This response from the credit union states the fact that they did not violate my personal account information which is not the issue. What they have not acknowledged is that they had no right to involve my employer or to provide them with any information at all regarding this situation. They provided my employer with information regarding my personal dealings with my personal credit union. I do no business on behalf of my employer and do not represent my employer on my personal time. This was a malicious attempt to sully my professional reputation over a completely private matter . I have worked at a bank and I know that the credit union does not have a right to view my private records to research my employer and then involve my Human Resources team in a situation that has nothing to do with my employment. ]
