That's false. I had a deal worked out for $27,500 for that vehicle on a Saturday. At that time I should have been informed that it was up for bid on [redacted] (but no one did). Review: This dealership had listed a 2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10 with 22,635 miles on it and a one of a kind custom paint job (that cost $11K). The very first day it listed on Autotrader.com I called to make a deal. The sales rep I spoke with ([redacted]) told me that he had just listed it online (which I already knew from checking the sites everyday) and if it didn't sell within the next couple of weeks he would call me back and make a deal. I said okay. A couple of weeks later he called me back and we started talking numbers. He said another guy had offered $27,500 and that would be the price for me since I was the VERY FIRST person to call about that truck. So I tell him okay and I would call him on Monday when I was ready to buy a plane ticket and make my travel arrangements and he said okay. At that point the deal was done for me. They never asked me for a holding fee or anything like that (I mistook them for being honest). So I call the place on Monday (like I said I would) to finalize my flight times and pick up from the airport and all that. [redacted] was off, so he called me from his home. I said I'm about to buy my plane ticket and he said "Well hold off on that for right now because a deal maybe done on that truck for someone else". I said "What about our deal?". He then told me "Apparently that truck was listed on [redacted] and the winning bidder is going down there to do the paperwork right now". He then said "This is crap and I'm sorry but no one told me it was on [redacted]" after we were talking numbers with the finance manager two day prior (someone should have told me on Saturday that it was on [redacted] but no one did). Then he told me the truck sold for less than my deal was for (which upset me even more) and the winning bidder was trading in a black 2004 dodge ram SRT-10 with 69,000 miles on it and wondered if I would be interested in that. I said no and that I want the truck we made a deal on. Basically all I got was excuses and apologies, which doesn't get my truck back.Desired Settlement: I know there probably isn't a lot that can be done to a business for what they did to me, but if it's possible when people click on there site let people know that they have negative reports filed with the Revdex.com. Thank you

Review: Second car purchased from dealer. first car was a complete lemon problems for the year I was stuck with it. Lost money time stress with that one. Finally got them to take it back at a cost to me the paperwork I got back from finance company the old car was financed through gave me a payoff amount of $15,187.15. The amount Paid in my contract through Orange Empire was approx. $15,544. However because they sat on it and did not pay off immediately it accrued interest. (Not my problem) They are saying they do not owe me the difference I owe them money.Desired Settlement: Payment
