Review: I started an account with Orange Energy in 2009.

They would leave a copy of my bill almost every time. Upon looking into all my receipts I noticed they were shorting me of my fuel credit.

I had placed a delivery on time and they did not put the full amount in. A couple weeks later the fuel level was below and I had to call them to finish the delivery and they had to charge me for coming out there and for being under the 100 gallon minimum amount.

Lastly, I am a HEAP recipient. This past winter they did not delivery on a date they said they would and did not call nor attempt to deliver the fuel.

This year I opened up a new account with Fine Design Fuel. My issue now is that Orange Energy is refusing to send my HEAP credit back to the Social Service's. I have made many calls to the company and they state it is against state laws. My case worker at Social Services states that they can not hold my credit and they must return it.

To this day...they have yet to return my HEAP credit!

Very disappointed in their business and their ways!Desired Settlement: My credit amount that they are holding!
