Orange Irrigation & Drainage

Owner adamantly denies having done such shoddy work despite my providing copy of cancelled check
Copy of my demand letter sums it up:
Dear Jeff:
I'm respectfully requesting that you refund my money for the original drain installation on 6/24/in the amount of $(copy of cancelled check attached) for the following reasons:
The job was not done correctly as you yourself verified when you visited my property a few weeks ago In fact, you provided a quote of $to fix the drain
The concrete poured around the drain was done without regard to the irrigation under it The concrete cracked the pipe and water was seeping into my side yard
Upon extrication of the pipe you installed, it was apparent that it was less than inches under the ground - not the proper minimum depth of inches, the pipe was made of several sections connected with duct tape - not the proper tape, the pipe had gaping holes in it and it was apparent that new pipe was not used, and the op
