there. I'm not sure what to do or say but I didn't deal with her. The president came to me the first week of April telling me what he wanted done. I've spoken to him three times the last time just this week and he's happy with all work done.

Yep this is true. I then called the guy that was in charge and asked him what would he like done with the stuff since he approved the job and ok'd it. He told me where to put materials.

Revdex.com: the Gardner finally left the material he told me he would leave. The job he used it for would have required five lbs at the most for material which he could have purchased at [redacted] for $7.00 as I priced it out myself. He elected to charge us $114.00 for mate- rial alone plus an exhorbinate amount for labor. . I am sure he thought he could get away with this as no one had ever checked up
on anything he charged in the past. Once confronted by me acting as the new elected president, he became vicious and did not respond to my requests to give us the material back until he was asked by the former president to give us the material. In a passive aggressive move he dropped about 100 lbs of polymer sand in our lobby in a filthy tar covered container. If he was a reputable and honest business owner he would have charged us for materials used plus industry standard markup and not pretend to have purchased at least 100 lbs for a 5 lb job. And to add insult to injury, none of the residents here have the strength to move the unsightly container from our front lobby. BAD business!! He also overcharged for lava rock. He said he keeps no receipts to prove costs. What reputable business does not keep receipts. Nothing but lies upon lies. He also owes us money back for services he never performed. He charged us $800 for leaf blowing. When I asked him if he felt he spent 18 hours blowing leaves he said oh yes!! We had to bag up the leaves and take them to be disposed of. This statement remains with me in writing. When I challenged that statement, he changed his mind and said he blew the leaves to the tree lawn.
