Review: Lost one pet on 2/11/15. Put him down per Dr advice at another hospital due to condition. Second dog becomes ill with same symptoms on 2/13/15 but take him to Dr [redacted] at Orange pet care center. I inform immediately I am in process of losing my home and if it's too much I rather euthanize. Office staff, [redacted], tells me Dr [redacted] agreed to payments.I let her know I can only afford 400.00 and if it's going to exceed to let me know so I can consider other option or euthanasiA.my 12 yr old dog was in horrible trauma. I paid 186.00 that day with daughter's credit card. My dog, [redacted], spends the night and next morning Dr [redacted] recommends euthanasia. We agree it is best given his prognosis and bad health. I come in later that afternoon to sign the paperwork for euthanasia. The nice office staff is asking,me choices for a plaque they will make for us. Dr [redacted] comes out with file and a shed me to initial file. Never mentioned additional cost added or balance. I was distraught after just losing our twelve and three-year old babies. I get bill for 527 on top of the186.00 I had already paid. I call Orange pet care center and left message after message.[redacted] calls me back and agreed she remembers my concern prior to treatment and that she told the doctor. [redacted] she will talk to him and call me back. She does not. I call again and [redacted] Dr will call me back. I call again and [redacted] is no longer there. I speak to Dr [redacted] and he was yelling and rude. I hung up on him for being rude and not willing to work with me on a payment plan. He calls back and we verbally agree on 374.00balance. I gave 30 on 9/26 and he called me to say he wants full pymt and 30 is nothing. I said I cannot give more but do want to pay. I keep getting phone calls and messages from his staff harassing me over bill. I spoke to [redacted] and gave pymt if 40.00 on Oct 10. She said she will keep my file and not send to collections as long as pay what I can monthly.she said to deal with her and not Dr. He sent me to collection.Desired Settlement: Pull my account out of collection. Allow me to continue on a payment plan. Reduce the original charges to the original agreed upon amount of 374.00 leaving a balance of 304.00. Dr [redacted] sent me to collection for 527.00 and has been add in ng late fees to the originally disputed bill.Please help me.Thank you.
