First and foremost *if [redacted] the customer had actually requested a refund on the spot I would have happily obliged If that person contacted me today and asked for one I would still be willing to do so The customer came in on the 8th of January requesting a passport photoAfter he finished getting ready we began the shoot.Typically I do not take more than pictures for a passport photo, but in this instance I actually snapped This was not a photo shoot for headshots where I would have asked for different poses and smiles and such Guidelines for Immigration photos are very strict You have to be facing one way depending on what kind of immigration photo it is, smiling is forbidden, and the sizing has to be perfect Headshots require more time and labor on my part and hence cost more than $(what I charge for passport photos)I showed the customer all shots and he expressed that he did not like them and asked if he could take them again I told him that I couldn't do that (unless he wanted to pay another $15) Again, these are passport photos and the pictures (all of them) fell under the guidelines aforementionedthat's what I'm most concerned about when I take passport picturesI gave him the copies, he gave me cash for the payment, he asked for a receipt and he left If this was an issue of how the picture came out (size wise.,etc.) or something erroneous on my part, I would have been more than willing to re-take the pictures I gave the customer shots to look however he wantedI feel that is fair Never did he ask for a refundIn fact, the first time I'm hearing about his desire for a refund is through this complaint letter.I have been in business at the same location, providing the same service for more than decades and this is the first time I've received a Revdex.com complaint AgainI'm happy to issue a refund even if the pictures are still used by the customer
