I have had multiple issues with this company, not receiving my order, receiving items that arent as described, paying for overnight shipping and them not shipping it out, customer service reps that lie and say that arent able to get ahold of me when my phone never rings, customer service reps hanging up the list goes on. They need to be shut down immediately and stop scamming people

OrangeShine.com is a wholesale e-commerce marketplace. The experience this buyer is referring to is with one of our Vendors on our marketplace.
OrangeShine does not carry any inventory nor do we ship out any merchandise. We are a e-commerce marketplace that lists Vendors who list products for wholesale purchase.
Vendors are responsible for their own return policies and OrangeShine reinforces our Vendor's policies. In any cases of disputes, customers may contact our customer service directly and we will resolve any issues.
This buyer she was dealing with the Vendor directly and did not reach out to our Customer Service Department. The Vendor listed in the original complaint has already been notified and is currently in process of being removed from our marketplace.
