Seems like everyday you have someone calling about wanting to save you money on your credit card processing. I have been in the family business for fourteen years and was so tired of getting these calls or having people come by and want to look at my statement. Mark came by after talking to my younger sister and wanted to save me money. We had an extremely bad situation with another company and hastily went with our bank to process our credit cards. Mark really listened and cared about my father's business. He is not your typical sales man. He actually and sincerely cared about what was going on. He is a local business man and is actually there when you have problem or a question. He doesn't just disappear. He responds when you contact him whether phone or email. Mark is definitely dedicated to his customers. He has an A+ rating for a reason. I can't express how wonderful his company is when it comes to credit card processing, customer service and the technology.

One thing that I liked was they donate money to a charity of the merchant's choice, and it just so happened that one of their main charities helped my nephew. Again, if you're not interested in getting a quote from him, tell him up front because he keeps coming around. I eventually gave in though, and he saved us money!

One of the biggest ripoff companies I've ever dealt with, Mark B[redacted] was our rep and did an absolute horrible job, In the couple months that we had him as our credit card rep he never quit got anything right and had an excuse for everything that was wrong. He then gave me a bad check for a credit I was suppose to have been given in the beginning for switching company's that he did make good eventually. It has been 10 months since we used this company and he just hit my bank account again for almost a thousand dollars. What a joke this company is or maybe it's just mark but I am not standing by and allowing all this money to still be taken out of my account.
