Definitely liked working with Mark. He's pushy, but he gets things done. Also, he takes care of problems quickly and face to face. One thing that I liked was they donate money to a charity of the merchant's choice, and it just so happened that one of their main charities helped my nephew. Again, if you're not interested in getting a quote from him, tell him up front because he keeps coming around. I eventually gave in though, and he saved us money!

His knowledge base, friendliness, and getting to know my business and how it needs to work was outstanding. He never pushes a product but is able to list the strengths and weaknesses of the different systems. More importantly, his opinion on what would be the best fit for the money and my business needs was spot on. He returns calls promptly, follows-up on his promises, never gets irritated even when being asked the same question several times and overall was a delight to work with! I highly recommend him.
