Hello, on 4th of January, the person name [redacted], Brought a single Earring to our Store and asked us to find the same one. we took the order and start searching for the earring, it took us a while to find the same but finally we were able to get the same Earring for her. we called her to let her know that we have the Earring for her but never called back. Apparently after 5 Months, she found the other one she lost in the House, so she and her Mother came to the Store and they want their Earring back, the Mother said the Earring belong to her not her daughter,[redacted], the daughter, she claimed that she never told us to order the Earring, so we went into Yes or no listening to the Daughter and the Mother for more than Hour, we informed them that they most pick up the Earring, because they were special order and we hold them for her for more than 4 Months. even so our policy says that we not responsible for anything left in the Store more than sixty Days. put in mined that the Customer has no receipt, no proof of anything to show that she left anything in the Store, but we were nice enough to look it up and locate her Item. the Amount, she claimed on the Complaint is not correct, she most pay $75.00 only to pick up her new Earring. I Think we did good in our side, we did nothing wrong. the Mother came today in the morning and asked us if she can make payments to pick up her Earring, we told her no problem. So you be the Judge, the Revdex.com is not to be abuse by people to get their ways, just like the first thing they did they called their Attorney, he told them nothing he can do. so our staffs, always try to satisfies the Customers, but in her case she like to get stuffs her way or no way, we sorry we cant accept that. we hope you understand our position in this matter. sincerely[redacted] 07050 ###-###-####
