Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrBrien was not telling the truth about the encounter in his shop on March 23,2016.? When we entered I asked to speak to him and he immediately told us he had another project that had? priority and he didn't have time to talk with us.? He didn't even ask me what the problem was, he just told his employee to log my computer in.? It was at that point I told him I wasn't willing to pay him? again for something he had not fixed completely.? When I picked up the computer on 2/16/he told me he really didn't know why the computer wouldn't power up although he had been able to get it to power on.? He indicated he had checked the battery and found nothing wrong with it.? He did tell me he had a similar problem with one of his computers but had no explanation why it was happening.? Based on his response that day I picked it up.? ? He made no mention of ? any of the possibilities he mentions in his response.? ? ? ? ? He is also making an assumption about me wanting an on-the-spot diagnostic because he didn't give me the chance to speak.? ? I only wanted to ask him a question.? The more he talked the more agitated and irritable he became.? That is why my husband told him to stop talking and we immediately left.? He need not be concerned about me doing any? further business with him and I am requesting the complaint remain on his file.regards, [redacted]

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this issue On Feb 10, we fixed an issue with ***'s power jack and the computer powered ON at the shop right in front of [redacted] during the inspection and it powered ON just fine after we fixed the problem If the computer is NOT powering on NOW (40+ days later) then it could be a bad power adapter, battery problem or even the motherboardIt is possible it could be something else as wellBut as [redacted] stated "I told him I wasn't going to leave it and be charged again." I too had a similar issue with my home computer earlier this yearAround January 16, my personal desktop computer at home would NOT power ONI replaced the power supply to my computer and it fixed the issueA few weeks later my computer would not power ON again and I had to replace a bad RAM memory stick So I understand the frustration Orange Tech Incstrives to provide the best service possible.? Customers come to us because of our reputation and serviceAll of our customers choose to use Orange Tech Incbecause they know me as an honest hard working individual who is committed to fixing their computer problems at the most affordable priceSubmitting a complaint with the Revdex.com and not giving us the opportunity to inspect your computer again and then not wanting to pay for any of our services is not the way you go about getting your computer fixed When [redacted] came into our store on March, I explained that I would not be able to look at her computer on the spot and that she is more than welcomed to check it in with one of my technicians and I will look at it as soon as I can.? I tried to explain that if she could not leave her computer than there are other computer stores that may provide on the spot diagnostics but I was cut off by her husband and respected his wishes Please remove? this complain as I did exactly as the customer insisted I do on March 23, when "HE - her husband" pointed at me and yelled "DO NOT SAY ANOTHER WORD!"Those were? his exact words and I complied 100%.? It has been over days since the repair was done and the computer has either worked over the past 40+ days or hasn'tWe offered to look at her computer but as [redacted] stated? "I told him I wasn't going to leave it and be charged again"When I was cut off by MrDrozak and complied with his WORD I understood that as a verbal agreement to end any business with Orange Tech IncPlease withdrawal this complaint as I complied with our verbal agreement that you ended any business with Orange Tech Incwhen I respected your wishes and did not say another wordThank you.Respectfully, [redacted] Orange Tech Inc ###-###-####

bad power adapter, battery problem or even the motherboard. It is possible it
could be something else as well. But as [redacted] stated "I told him I wasn't
going to leave it and be charged again."
I too had a similar issue with my home computer earlier this year. Around January
16, 2016 my personal desktop computer at home would NOT power ON. I replaced
the power supply to my computer and it fixed the issue. A few weeks later my
computer would not power ON again and I had to replace a bad RAM memory stick.
So I understand the frustration.

again". When I was cut off by Mr. Drozak and complied with his WORD I understood that as a verbal agreement to end any business with Orange Tech Inc.. Please withdrawal this complaint as I complied with our verbal agreement that you ended any business with Orange Tech Inc. when I respected your wishes and did not say another word.
