DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are listed as HP support in the google search results I received, so BEWARE They fraudulently MISREPRESENT themselves as HP printer support They are not! In fact, they are in no way affiliated with HP During the call they townladed software to my PC and started looking around, at files, at browsers and who knows what else They then proceeded to tell me that I had "network" viruses that needed to eliminated and endeavoured to try to sell me a one time fix fo $ It was at this point that I realized I was not talking to HP but in fact someone else who did not identify themselves They breacehd my personal and computer secutiy and for all I know may have downloaded viruses or tracking software leaving personally and technically vulnerable Don't let this happen to you Avoid them at all costs
