Orangetheory is a franchise and we are mandated by Corporate to require members to come in studio to fill out a cancellation form.  In rare cases that someone is unable to do so, we can email the cancellation form to them.  We have no notes in our system that any calls were received from...

Haley; otherwise one would have been emailed to her.  None the less, we will waive those dues and cancel her from going to collections.  It is not a bait and switch scheme; rather, she needed to communicate with us directly of her situation which according to our records was never done.
