I have never been so disrespected by an associate in my lifeThe associate who picked up the phone on 3/16/would not provide me her name I would like a manager to contact me related to thisI called the office on 3/for a general question and this women answered and was so rude I placed her on speaker phone where I work so my employees could also hearWe were all shockedI asked to speak with a manager and she refused, I asked for an owner and she said it was her she was the only manager owner or person who would be speaking to me periodI am so blown away at the level of service I was provided, I would like to speak with someone who runs this company
An account number error occurred on the check and the company will not make the correction and the payment was applied to another account We are a personal property management company who pays bills for several Orange Tree Utility clients We sent a check for payment of water for account number [redacted] along with the voucher provided with the invoiceA typo occurred and the reference on the check was account number *** The owner received an e-mail indicating his water will be disconnected due to lack of payment We provided the office manager, Kimberly Thornton, with a copy of the front and back of the cashed check Kimberly stated she will not make the correction to the accounts In other words, the payment was applied to another account The absolute unprofessional attitude of Kimberly is not acceptableShe should not be working in customer service
