The customer is making an accusation regarding the manufacturing origins of this item that is not factual. We have never made a claim regarding where this item is manufactured because we did not manufacture them, the dolls are made by [redacted] and they are genuine [redacted] Dolls. take it up with [redacted] regarding where they have their dolls assembled, she certainly has the right to do so, however that is done with the manufacturer, which is not OrangeOnions. We purchased many lots of this item, and do not open each item before we ship so unfortunately the doll's clothing did differ on the particular item she received and we gladly sent her a prepaid label to return the item, however she is refusing to do so. I believe [redacted] is perpetuating the claim that the doll is "fake" in order to ensure that she receives a refund from [redacted] and gets to keep the doll as well.
