Orangetheory Fitness Medford

Attendance in class is by reservation only. I've been involuntarily removed from the list of attendees due to OTF wanting to limit class size (from the virus scare) but the 6:15 am class is the only one I can attend. I am in the process of cancelling my membership and the contract requires 30 day notice. I am trying to adhere to terms of contract but they are not allowing it by repeatedly cancelling my class reservations.

I attended and joined the day before I was leaving to move to Portland. I asked the sales person if there would be any issues and she said no, once I get settled in, to stop by and get myself set up
With a location in the Portland area. A few weeks after I moved I stopped in and visited Athens Gresham location and since my soccer schedule was so intense they said I could freeze my account, which at that time I requested. I logged into my van account and noticed that the Medford location had taken another payment. I called and left a message and the person that called me back said that I had to pay this fee to transfer my locations and corporate wouldn’t let her not charge me. This is ridiculous and not what I was told when I signed up in Medford. I was very clear that I was moving the very next day and was never told that there would be any charge for that. If there was then I would have waited until I was in Portland. I am requesting this fee to be credited back to my account. Thanks!
