I put a freeze hold on my account for the month of May and was supposed to be charged $but instead I was charged that and the full price of $(double charged)I have no contract as they tell you in the beginning of signing up and tried to cancel my account but they want days advance notice anyways so I was charged againI was told I wouldn't be charged or I would get a refund for May and then after the charge going through for June and not getting a refund for May I am no longer getting any replies backI am being completely ignored by Moon Valley Location AND Corporate I also have not received the cancellation form they said they would send me so I bet they try to charge me again for julyComplete disrespectful service and no care for their customersI have read multiple reviews of the same thing happening to lots of other people too and all locations

I bought a Groupon for this companyI had a scheduled appointmentI had a flat tire in my car and was not able to make it to Detailz DetailingI asked to re-schedule after my tire was fixedDetailz refused to honor the whole
Groupon, hitting me up for another $70-I contacted Groupon and got no help

Their customer service is HORRIBLE at this location! They are easily THE MOST difficult place I've ever done business I cancelled my membership within the first month because the schedule was not working with my daughter and my work schedule I sucked it up and paid an extra month since I didn't cancel within days I haven't taken a class since early October but have been charged EVERY month, and have even been charged fees for not cancelling classes SINCE I'VE CANCELLED They owe me a total of $and counting and are trying to get me to pay another month before they cancel it because "I attended class last week"I haven't set foot in this location since mid-September Not to mention, I also had to BEG for pricing info over the phone while I was HOLDING MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY THEM The people I speak to are always uninformed and can't solve any issues without the elusive management, who has yet to return any of my calls or several emails since October Textbook example

I went to Orange Theory Fitness Moon Valley for a free workout I was pushed to join on my first visit, even though I said I needed to think about it first, to see if I could fit it into my already full workout regimen - but I was told if I signed up during my first visit, I could cancel for a full refund anytime within the first days It was "risk free"! I was not given copies of anything I signed during my first visit I cancelled within the first days in accordance with the policy I was informed of during my first visit I was then billed for the next month, the day AFTER I cancelled, and my initial fee has not been refunded OTF tells me they have a day recision policy - not a day cancellation policy - so I was lied to, and they failed to provide me with the paperwork I signed so I had no way of knowing that I was lied to or what their actual policy was I believed the girl who signed me up and had no idea she would blatantly lie to me and misrepresent their polic

In short, my billing went up and when asked why, I was told a new Phoenix City tax was applied It is my understanding that services such as personal training cannot be taxed This company increased the monthly fee, for whatever reason, but did not communicate this to the club members
I did contact the studio owner and he said only two clubs in the Phoenix area had the increases....which makes no sense if it was a City of Phoenix tax increase as he explained and which shows on my bill Also, the one club that had the increases is located in Scottsdale...not Phoenix
He then suggested that the old owner must have initiated this in the system before he purchased the club in January If this is true, there should be some computer logs that would show the change and would confirm or deny her wrong doing
