I have tried to cancel my membership fees since April. I have called them to cancel, my mom has called to cancel and my mom has also sent a letter asking to please cancel my membership. My Mom even spoke to someone at the beginning of July.
I keep getting charged the 99.00 membership fee. I have called my bank and the only way to have them stop this payment is I have to get a whole new debit card. I am leaving for college in a week and that is not convenient for me. This is very frustrating as it is causing over draft fees and I cannot afford the 99.00 membership fee. My mom has called again this morning, July 26th.

I refunded the $99 from July and have terminated your membership. If you would like confirmation/something in writing that confirms the termination of your account, please fill out the document attached. I will then sign and send it back to you as soon as possible.
