-Orangetheory Fitness Corporate issued a statement on 3/16/2020 that stated current members could cancel their contracts due to coronavirus. See here: *** opens back up Tuesday 5/26/2020 with new management and new trainers
-I call to cancel my membership within the 90 day period of studio reopening on Tuesday 7/7/2020.
-I receive cancellation paperwork the same hour via email, I fill it out, scan it and send it back via email
- Studio Manager *** replies insinuating that I cannot cancel my membership and he can offer me a freeze
- I reply with the link to the corporate site above saying that I am within my time limit to cancel my membership. I also request a copy of the cancellation paperwork signed from the manager.
- I get completely ghosted and have no paperwork
