Hello.
I received the wrong order and can not get any response from the company. I spent about 75 dollars on baby salve and got three chapsticks in the mail instead. I mailed the chapstick to the correct person. It cost me another ten dollars. The woman who got my package has sent mine and also spent her money to mail to me. I emailed the company three times and called. I left two voicemails. I want us both to be paid back the shipping. Not to respond to a customer at all is so frustrating. Thank you for your time.
Hi. We have issued a full refund to the customer and communicated to her our regrets in the difficulty she had in reaching us. We had moved offices and were having phone issues that we were unaware of, so we had not recieved her messages and were unaware of the issue. She is now satisfied and happy. What do we do now to resolve this complaint?
