Orbits Broadband is not remotely interested in your business, if there are issues with their equipment and installation they will charge you a monthly fee and then an on the spot labor charge when they figure out what their problem is. There is no support on weekends or nights or at the very least minimal support and it is hard to get in contact with them unless it's Mon-Fri 8-5. If you have issue with their service they will not work with you and when you choose to discontinue they are not interested in retaining your business. Overall bad experience with this company not go back ever!!
