In response to Mr. P[redacted]'s complaint. This patient referenced that he wanted his Jazzy scooter repaired. However, he also owns a Wheelchair. The wheelchair was provided by Orbit Medical, however we have not provided a Jazzy Scooter to Mr. P[redacted]. We have no record of Mr. P[redacted] contacting...
us to repair his scooter, nor are we liable for the scooter since the Jazzy scooter was not provided by Orbit Medical, but we will be happy to service it, if the patient contacts us.
Mr. P[redacted] listed two phone numbers to contact him. We have tried 4 times to reach Mr. P[redacted]. He does not answer and we have left him voicemails to call us back.
