We provided the patient with a CPAP machine, heated humidifier, mask, headgear, filters for the machine, heated tubing, and cushions for his mask We simply follow the order his physician sent to us and bill his insurance His insurance sends us a copy of his EOB (explanation of
benefits) showing what they pay for vs what his responsibility is We then transferred whatever amount his insurance stated was his responsibility based on his benefits with them That's the $that's due We provided the equipment with settings per the prescription from his doctor and he still has the equipment The machine is a rental that bills over time unless it's returned He's never returned the equipment despite always having our address since the initial setup He's simply trying to find a way not to pay his responsibility We've continued to communicate this to him, but he's not content because he still owes us money for equipment and services we provided Thanks,Shawn

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged a late fee I want that money back This letter from MedSource says there was no need for concern about being charged a late fee The only reason I show a balance is because I paid the late fee

We reconciled Mrs [redacted]'s account with her yesterday.  We wrote off a lot of the account (better than being in-network) as a courtesy and ensured she was very content and satisfied with our service by the time we were done.  I believe all of her complaints and frustrations have been...

Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint.Previous attempts to contact patient have not been successful.We have no record of payment from their insurance company Aetna.  Need Explanation of Benefits from customer or Aetna reflecting any payment made to us. Insurance companies...

do not typically pay for these types of chairs upfront.  They are normally put on a 13 month payment plan and after that point, the chair is paid in full. Since the Aetna plan was cancelled, We have billed the new insurance company (CIGNA) four times for the monthly charge and have not been paid yet.We contacted patients wife and explained the situation to her and she indicated that they did not agree to the 13 month plan, however we have a signed document stating so.Patients wife has requested that we pick up the chair.Again we need some sort of proof of payment from Aetna.
