Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint.Previous attempts to contact patient have not been successful.We have no record of payment from their insurance company Aetna Need Explanation of Benefits from customer or Aetna reflecting any payment made to usInsurance companies do not typically pay for these types of chairs upfront They are normally put on a month payment plan and after that point, the chair is paid in fullSince the Aetna plan was cancelled, We have billed the new insurance company (CIGNA) four times for the monthly charge and have not been paid yet.We contacted patients wife and explained the situation to her and she indicated that they did not agree to the month plan, however we have a signed document stating so.Patients wife has requested that we pick up the chair.Again we need some sort of proof of payment from Aetna

We reconciled Mrs [redacted] 's account with her yesterday We wrote off a lot of the account (better than being in-network) as a courtesy and ensured she was very content and satisfied with our service by the time we were done I believe all of her complaints and frustrations have been resolved and I'd be surprised if she didn't give us out of stars now If there are any outstanding issues, she knows how to reach out Thanks,Shawn
