chooses to not come to the appointment a trip charge is issued for half of the hourly rate for the service call to fairly compensate for the time and resources used by the company to honor the service call the customer scheduled.  In this instance Mr. [redacted] was contacted while the technician was waiting at the home and he informed us that he was not going to meet us.  Per policy a trip charge of $45 (half the $90 per hour service rate) plus tax was invoiced. In the interest of customer care we will credit the invoice in full for Mr. [redacted].   [redacted]

This company is completely unprofessional, messing up my orders twice. First, they accidentally processed an order but didn't ship it. This was not notified to me until an month later.
Secondly, an order I placed was sent to Australia (I reside in Canada) and once again, an entire month later wondering where my products are, I check only to find out that they're no where near North America.

Review: I ordered a product off the site Orbitnutrition.com and expected to receive information regarding my package being shipped out. I placed order on Saturday 8/22 and I emailed them today 8/25 asking what is going on. They apologize and blame it on technology. So they finally send me tracking info I contact USPS and they state its an incorrect tracking number. Now haven't heard from Orbitnutrition after that.Desired Settlement: I feel for the terrible customer service and the false advertising of "supposively" having something in stock is very misleading. I would like either full refund or if you actually do have the product then I would like what I paid for with a 50% off discount for the hassle. I believe that's fair.

Review: I ordered a product called Le cheek Speed x3 from this company on the 22nd of June and I received the product on the 26th of June 2014 the product was half gone, rock hard, and completely dried out. On June 27th I contacted the company Orbit Nutrition through their contact us form and informed them that I also had photos, expecting either another product or a refund. The same day (June 27th 2014) they responded asking to see the photos and that they would reach out to Le Cheek ? As of July 20th, I have not received a response, product, or a refund.Desired Settlement: Id like either a refund or the product I ordered intact and not dried out.

Beware of Orbit NutriScammers
I've fully paid for an order about 4 months ago and after 4 months no shipping, no response to emails, no response to twits or facebook posts, their phone number IS NOT working.
I cannot no longer dispute credit card charge because its over 4 months, basically Orbit Nutrition stole my $200 +

Review: Ordered few items on 8/29/2014 on Orbit's website, paid via credit card and got charged $205.24 as expected, after 30 days no shipping confirmation or delay emails,

I tried to contact the company via their web contact form few times but no one has ever responded my forms yet, then I tried to reach them out via twitter and facebook, I was basically ignored and never got response to my question,

then I found out ###-###-#### phone number on Revdex.com but auto message says phone number is incorrect, then I found out their customer service email address, [redacted] emailed them 3 weeks ago, no respond back, I sent another email 9 days ago on 10/29/2014 again no email back, I tried to contact via twitter meanwhile but I was ignore all the time even though twitter and facebook team posts new things few times a day, I am sure they read my messages but no response, basically Orbit stole my $205.24 never shipped the item, never responded my emails.Desired Settlement: I would accept refund to my credit card
