Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The test drive consisted of driving down the street a few blocks and turning around and driving back to the dealership Second, there was no engine dialysis done on the engine stating any preexisting conditions We would have not put down $if that was the case Third, it was real convenient for them not to return phone calls after they became aware of the problem Why would you take a vehicle to their mechanic who can't speak English and changed the oil and I still had to drive to [redacted] and buy another quart because it was still low South Credit Motors did a shady job selling this vehicle and no way neither, me or my fiancee will be satisfied and will pursue this matter legally Regards, [redacted] ***

being repairedIn regards to the warranty purchased through an outside lender they were financed with, we are unable to do much as to what the warranty excludes due to maintenance requirements by the customer and signing acknowledgment of possible pre-existing conditions after the test drive to which they responded were satisfied with prior to purchasing the vehicleTo our knowledge the vehicle had no pre-existing conditions when the vehicle was soldIn this circumstance the Lemon law only applies to new vehicles from the manufacturer Of the three phone calls two between ms*** and one with her fiancé to which we could not disclose any information to anyone not listed on the account , in the beginning the customer did not want to disclose the location and further on the second phone call the customer did not want to discuss the issue with usWe apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and wish the best of luck

I am rejecting this response because: The test drive consisted of driving down the street a few blocks and turning around and driving back to the dealership.  Second, there was no engine dialysis done on the engine stating any preexisting conditions.  We would have not put down $2500 if that was the case.  Third, it was real convenient for them not to return phone calls after they became aware of the problem.  Why would you take a vehicle to their mechanic who can't speak English and changed the oil and I still had to drive to [redacted] and buy another quart because it was still low.  South Credit Motors did a shady job selling this vehicle and no way neither, me or my fiancee will be satisfied and will pursue this matter legally.
