[redacted] received her missing items today, August 18th [redacted] has been out ill and as soon as we were aprised of the situation we contacted the customer and immediately delivered to her Please remove the complaint as satisfied ***

Her response is a straight out lie"To her understanding", would mean that she has spoken to me about this complaint and she has notThis complaint will not be dropped because I do not understand how they are functioning as a so called business when they are trying to pull fast ones on their customers and I believe others should be aware of thisFor her to say that she went out of her way is incorrectI will not thank or praise this company or her for what they did to apparently help because it could have all been avoided if they would have been professional and actually delivered and worked as promised per our contract and agreementOther future customers should be warned before having to go through what plenty of others have already gone though with this company

Mr. [redacted] has fabricated the facts in this case.  They did indeed purchase furniture from Orbmik but we have not forged anything.  You will find the response to Chase Chargeback attached with the handwritten invoices and the typed invoice he signed.  He clearly acknowledged there...

are no returns or refunds.  Ms. [redacted] tripped on my delivery drivers the first time we attempted to deliver and were running behind, so we offered to deliver the next day and when the time came around she pulled the same nonsense and was basically belligerent so we told them we would hold there furniture for pick up at which time they demanded a refund.  Then they indeed filed a claim but the committee found the evidence supported our claim and refunded us the money.  Orbmik Furniture advised the customer they would have a store credit for pick up only.  We will seek damages and legal action if they continue to disparage the company name with false claims and information.  We were more than fair with the customer.

I would like to update my complaint against Orbmik Furniture. After finally speaking with one the owners and discussed the issues and concerns, she apologized for the poor customer service, communication and delay on the furniture. She understood why I was so frustrated and said she would do whatever she could to fix this problem. After all was said, the owner is doing everything she can to take care of my order and is staying in constant communication during and after business hours.
