To Whom It may concern,Please be advised that the Facts are as follows [redacted] brought his bike in for a new Rear tireWe changed his rear tire and the work was completed and the customer picked up his vehicle on August 9th [redacted] contacted us sometime in June stating that he drove his bike to Ohio sometime after originally picking the bike up from our old location in August of and put it in Storage for the winterUpon removal of the bike at the storage facility his tire was flat,We explained to [redacted] that we do not offer a warantee on tires almost one full year from the date of picking up the vehicleOur standard warantee period is daysWe also explained to [redacted] that we do not work on his type of motorcycle any longer to a change in location that prevents us from working on large street cruisor type modelsWe also advised him that he should take his vehicle to a motorcycle shop in his area that can find out what the problem is since this could be caused by many thingsExample- Worn out valve stern, Nail in Tread Pattern, or a rim being bent,Since [redacted] lire was installed and there were no problems at the time he picked up and within days thereafter is nothing further we can do for [redacted] ,Sincerely Mike K

I am rejecting this response because: That is false I contacted them way before that and I put my bike in storage way before the date they stated. And I trailer my bike back to Cleveland for storage. I spoke to them several time before the date they stated I even TRYED to see if they would meet me half way with this problem.
