At this time, I have been contacted directly by bvhcell.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Hello On 4/**/I recieve the one of the items that I had ordered ,I called regarding my other set and no one answeres the phone now and has not
responded to emails they still owe me my pink headset or my refund , it has taken them a month to send a partial order , please dont use them , I dont understand how they are still operating via internet with all the complaints

This issue continues to be apparent with this business It is also apparent that I keep providing documents to back up my claim and NOT once have they proven that I was ever credited because it has not occurred As indicated on the last response our credit card company clearly put it back on there because they disputed these charges back and resubmitted it You're ABSOLUTELY correct in the fact that we DID NOT consent for you to recharge us but that is EXACTLY what happened Our credit card company (*** ***) has given us a copy of a "supposed" delivery letter (attached) from this company BVHcell with a tracking number that when tracked clearly does not MATCH the address or the city in which I live This attached letter is the one what that was submitted to dispute the chargesSo, what is the truth? Was it credited or were the items sent? I have also filed a complaint with the *** inspector general providing a timeline & tracking number of the referenced aboveThe document has been altered to make it seem as though it was sent *** *** IS NOT going to credit this They have all copies of this claim and proof of documents

NOT been resolved because:Yes, I did dispute the credit card transaction, HOWEVER they did not mention the fact that they RESUBMITTED the charges through the credit card again on 2/**/ This was when the credit card company contacted my sister to let us know that BVHCell resubmitted the charges and that is why they had to charge the credit card $againI have included ALL the necessary documents to prove that we were NEVER credited $ It seems to be a back and forth battle between us and this business If this was resolved, why were these charges resubmitted last Friday 2/**/This was when I've had enough and called once again demanding the credit on these resubmitted charges I do not understand why this business has failed to disclose this information to you in their response It's ironic that the same day I called to demand this credit was when I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com about this ongoing issue Doesn't it seem strange that they didn't mention resubmitted the charges on 2/**/16?

Hello the business shipped one of my items but the other item I have yet to recieve ,when I contacted the business he stated he would contact the shipping department but I have heard anything else ,and have not recieved my second item

This customer has disputed this transaction with his-her credit card company and the money has been debited from our account on 01-**-16

Customer has canceled the payment for the order with his credit card company and we have been debited $ 77.79 from our bank account. As of today we haven't received the item back. Please return the product as you're already credited for it

We're sorry but only the case was received not the tempered glass. The order had 2 items on it, a case and the tempered glass for the phone. The case has been returned but not the tempered glass.

We're sorry but we did not resubmit this charge. We're not able to resubmit charges without the customers permission. We have checked again and the money has been debited from our account a few weeks ago already

Sorry for the late reply. This purchase does not qualify for a refund since it was purchased in September 2015. We can send customer a new, working headset.We never told the customer to get the lawyer involved. Customer was the one that threatened to get the lawyer involved

We are able to send a new unit to the customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am happy to see that the Revdex.com was able to receive a response from BVHcell.com. I am rejecting this response because I am due a refund because I do not have a product. As mentioned before BVHcell.com received their defective product on December **, 2016. After BVHcell.com received this product I made several attempts to contact them for status of the exchange. A whole month went by without a response from BVHcell.com. I did let BVHcell.com know that they left me no choice but to get my lawyer involved after giving them one last chance to respond to my final e-mail on January **, 2016 . On January **, 2016 I was finally able to get BVHcell.com only representative on the phone to inquire status of my exchange. The representative was very disobliging, and hung up the phone on me twice. This was after telling me that he preferred I get my lawyer involved. Which means BVHcell.com was not trying to provide me with a new headset that is due to me. It has been two months now, so if BVHcell.com was really willing to do an exchange I should have a new headset by now. I am willing to cut all ties from this BAD experience with the return of my hard earned money.

I have returned this defective product by the [redacted]. According to their records, the delivery was completed on Monday March **, 2016. Tracking number is [redacted]. I have received a credit for the original purchase price through my credit card company since this company would not respond. I would still like payment for having to return such a defective product twice. At least for the second time that was two days after I received a replacement broken product. This cost $11.51 to ship back as shown on the document I have attached.

We have not received the complete order back. In order for us to issue a credit product needs to be returned the same way it was received.
