An accurate account noted by two different staff membersYour HMO insurance "covers" at a reduced rate for you, but does not "pay" usThat is how HMO's work in regards to dental coverageWe are glad you chose the porcelain crowns, as they are overall better crowns and better for youAs far as porcelain crowns go, most can attest that getting two for $is a really good dealOur prices are really competitive and your insurance did save you moneyIn summary, we stand behind our staff, our ethics and integrityNO wrong was done on our part and no refund will be given

The respond is totally a lie1) They said I said "I am going to *** somebody", there are customers there when I was there and they have vedio camera, just prove it! Do not disgrace other by lyingI would call police if someone keep saying he is going to *** me2) They did not answer if they file claim to my insurance companyThe insurance company told me they must file claim after treatment in a year3) Yes I signed the document, but what I complained is they secretly modified the documents after I signed it and they lied me about the priceI can show you the treatment planning sheet, I will not complain it anymore if you can find the price which my insurance covered on it
No one can find it even you ask thousands ordinary people on the street4) They said the crown is better for meBut my insurance company told me I had a crown years ago on one of the two teeth, I do not know why it is better just put a expensive one crown which is $on the other one I spend $which insurance covered
I am not looking for money since I have enough money for good living, I will donate it to the city of hope if they apology and refund the difference
But they need to learn lessons not to cheating customer for more money, not the customers learn lessons by not inspect the documents they signed even if no one can find your trick
Sorry for the poor English since it is not my first language, I tried my best to describe itAlthough there are more story about this dentist, but I do not have the ability to tell it in detail
Please let me know if there are any other agency who can handle this if it can not be resolved here
Just let me know if you need the letter from my insurance company and the treatment planning sheet where I will show you how they trick the price
