Complaint: 10787608In an effort to clarify communication between Mr *** ***, Sr and myself in our explanation to the Revdex.com regarding Complaint ID # 10787608.I am listing the chronology of events, which lead to my complaint: On June 18, 2015, I received a delivery service with a co-pay of $plus an unexplained additional $(to which I paid and made a mental note to inquire about when I went to the pharmacy in person); On June 23, before 4:P.M., days later, I went into the Pharmacy in person to have another prescription filled I asked about the $charge on my June 18, medication Mr *** explained what the $charge was for He explained that Medicare Humana was not paying enough to cover "his cost." When I got home, I noted the "otc", $charge The next morning I called Humana Customer Service The receptionist seeded to understand my concern and said that she would call the Pharmacy to follow up She called me back after talking to "***", who told her that he would explain the "OTC" over the counter charge the next time I come into the Pharmacy (I never gave him my approval to charge me, over the cost of my co-pay); On July 21, at 5:17P.M., I went into the Pharmacy to pick up a prescription, Mr *** did not speak to me at all, as he usually did His assistant filled my prescription and told me that she could only fill one unless I agreed to pay the additional $to have my medication prescription filled by the Pharmacy I NEVER AGREED TO THE EXPLANATION OF TABLETS FOR A $FEE.To resolve this complaint:Mr *** will have to send me a copy of his contract with Medicare and Humana authorizing him to collect any cost over my Co-Pay

As I explained to Mr *** before I filled his prescription his insurance company was NOT paying the COST of the medication I suggested to him to go to one of the large chain drug stores because they tend to not check costs However, Mr ***, who had been a long time customer of
mine, asked how much he would have to pay extra I then informed him that it would be an additional $for a quantity of tablets of his medication After thinking about it, he said that it was fine and for me to fill the prescription I asked him if he was sure he wanted me to fill the prescription for his medication and he said YES.At the point of sale, my clerk posted the extra $charge as an OTC (over the counter) item in order to keep track of money being deposited into the register Because this appears to be confusing to Mr ***, we have changed our point of sale coding as to not confuse Mr ***.*** ***, Jr
