Ms. [redacted] signed her lease at [redacted] on 2-28-17, therefore [redacted] will not continue to pay her rent at Orchard Place apartments. (I've attached an e-mail from Ms. [redacted] stating [redacted] said we...
were correct) The full rent amount of [redacted] becomes Ms. [redacted]'s responsibility, she was charged for the 5 days rent until her key was returned. Her rent for the 5 days was [redacted] divided by 31 days times 5) we deducted the [redacted] from her security deposit of [redacted] netting her a refund of [redacted] We are within our legal rights to deduct any monies owed to us from the security deposit. The final move out statement is calculated by our Deposit Disposition Specialist not our managers.

[redacted] has absolutely nothing to do with [redacted] incorrectly processing the balance of my deposit to come back to me. I am still owed [redacted] and some change. Her mentioning [redacted] is irrelevant and it's due to her trying to overlook the fact that she cannot do basic math.
