Greetings, Before Rodger signed up and came on board, he spent many days in our free open trade rooms Him and I spent time on the phone, and we discussed our products/services in detailI had a gut feeling that he would be a problem, and I should have followed that feeling In fact, I tried my best to talk him out of joining Prior to signing up he mentioned needing a trading account, wanting a broker recommendation, etc We have brokers that we recommend and I was happy to put him in touch with them This is his responsibility and he was asked to do his due diligence before signing up, which I was under the impression he did I've dealt with this guy for several weeks before he signed up...helping him in every way I couldAlso, as part of our ongoing conversations prior to him signing up, I explained that due to the proprietary nature of our material, we do not offer refunds He understood this I could tell that he was looking for the 'easy' button when it comes to trading the market, which we do not offer...and frankly, just does not exist I also explained to him that trading is hard, you will need to put in the effort, etc Of course, after all that, here we are He put forth no initiative, no effort, and now wants his money back It's just not fair to us We held up our end of the bargain, we delivered everything he paid for.Best Regards, [redacted]
