Oreck Floor Care Center

I was referred to Oreck by Dyson for repairs to my $600 Dyson vacuum. When I left it there I was told it would be about 2 weeks to complete. 3 weeks later, when asked, I was told they couldn't find it and when they did they would call me back. Weeks went by and nobody called or returned my calls. I called several times and went into voicemail each time and left messages. I was completely ignored. I finally decided to take them to small claims court. I gave them a heads up and got a call back immediately saying they had my vacuum and I could pick it up any time. My daughter picked it up for me. The vacuum she brought home was not mine. It was the same type but it was very beat up. Mine looked like new. It also had the serial number removed. Mine had the serial on it. My daughter had my serial number with her to compare but the store owner said she didn't know where it was located on that machine. Not true. She showed me where it was when I dropped mine off. Not only did I get screwed over, the owner was very rude from the time I first stepped in the store. She has a very condescending and angry manor to everyone who walks into her store. I am hoping to reach others with this message so they can avoid the nightmare I just went through.
