Company responded via phone as follows.The consumer did bring his unit in for service The serial number of his unit ws recorded and the consumer signed off on this The consumer was given a used part on his unit until the backordered part was received Not only was the handle
replaced on the unit, the consumer was awarded a brand new machine from the Mayfield Heights location without verifying an incorrect serial number The consumer has both the repaired unit and a new unit

Response taken via phone-JS We happily invite this client in to take advantage of the warranty and service afforded to her by the purchase of our product Our only goal is to see her with a functioning piece of equipment and pleased We are seeking to have a long term relationship
with All she needs to do is bring her machine in for evaluation for repair or replacement MikeStore Manager

Consumer responded via phone:The complaint was resolved.  A new vacuum was received from Oreck to replace our vacuum, but we would have been much happier to have our original vacuum back instead.
