Hello This fella is completely delusionalThe muffler is air worthy & no a new muffler is at least over $He never contacted us via phone nor did his buddy try to contact usNo there was never any attempt to hid anything, we always clean & paint our used parts to prevent corrosion, not to attempt to hide anything, If this guy wants a new part then he must spend the money to get a new partthat's all

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I sent Bill two separate emails in regards to this issue.Bill never respondedHe had no problem contacting me when I wanted to buy the mufflerCalling me delusional is humorous I don't make this stuff up and I have better things to do then to deal with bad business owners I am glad Bill is so high on this muffler because he shouldn't have any problem giving me my money back and he can try and convince some other delusional customer that the pits aren't real and they pass their lousy inspection I didn't at any time expect a new muffler, but I did expect correct representation of the muffler Bill said nothing about the pits/corrosion to the muffler prior to purchaseBill misrepresented this product and I can easily get a second opinion from any Rotax dealer about the usability of this muffler.

We reject his rejection, it is usable, airworthy & well worth the amount paid, as stated prior, a new muffler for that application is well over $600.
