Dear [redacted] ***: In response to complaint, with ID of [redacted] On the 08/29/2015, [redacted] did in fact purchase a Chevrolet CobaltShe did ask to arrange financing for her as wellWith her limited credit, we were able at that time to secure an auto loan at 29.99% APRShe also willingly opted for an extended warranty, for which she had to sign and initial in numerous places on the number of separate pages, including four separate and complete warranty policiesWe also did in fact collected $1,from [redacted] as a down payment at the time of this transaction [redacted] grandfather and uncle were present throughout the entire process and approved itThey left as a happy and satisfied customerTwo days later (not next day), on 08/31/2015, [redacted] came back with her boyfriend and boyfriend's mother [redacted] boyfriend expressed his dissatisfaction with the car she purchased, claiming he will be driving it as well, and he does not like itThey also expressed their dissatisfaction with the interest rate and the cost of the warrantyBy that time, we also got answers from our credit unions, as the deal was submitted to them as wellWe were able to obtain much lower interest rate of 4.74% APRWe did happily tell [redacted] the good newsTo be noted, [redacted] did not say a single word during this whole process, her boyfriend and his mother were doing it for her [redacted] boyfriend and his mother still stated their dissatisfaction, regardless of financingHer boyfriend simply stated that he will not allow itSeeing their dissatisfaction and our inability to please them, by offering much better financial terms, as they became available to us, we have made a decision to reverse the transaction, and take Chevrolet Cobalt back into our stock, and refund her the money by crediting the credit card it was withdrawn onReversed credit card transaction and the time it takes to credit the account back is solely in banks controlTo conclude [redacted] did make the purchase with the help of her grandfather and her uncle and left our premises as a happy customerShe has signed for the service contract in numerous, I repeat numerous places, as her grandfather and her uncle were helping her, by explaining everythingTwo days later she came back and her boyfriend and his mother are the ones who stated their displeasure with the dealAfter being unable to satisfy them, we completely reversed transaction and credited her down payment back to the account it was withdrawn onAs a dealership, we do not control the time it takes for the bank to credit the funds backThe funds were accepted and reversed in the same matterThe transaction was reversed regardless of dealerships ability to hold [redacted] responsible to her obligations that she entered into by signing binding contractVlad "Victor" D [redacted] Oregon Auto Center

We also did in fact collected $1,600.00 from [redacted] as a down payment at the time of this transaction. [redacted] grandfather and uncle were present throughout the entire process and approved it. They left as a happy and satisfied customer. Two days later (not next day), on 08/31/2015, [redacted] came back with her boyfriend and boyfriend's mother. [redacted] boyfriend expressed his dissatisfaction with the car she purchased, claiming he will be driving it as well, and he does not like it. They also expressed their dissatisfaction with the interest rate and the cost of the warranty. By that time, we also got answers from our credit unions, as the deal was submitted to them as well. As a dealership, we do not control the time it takes for the bank to credit the funds back. The funds were accepted and reversed in the same matter. The transaction was reversed regardless of dealerships ability to hold [redacted] responsible to her obligations that she entered into by signing binding contract.
