We did accidentally damage Ms [redacted] hardwood floors during the carpet cleaning that we preformed at her home 5/21/ We attempted to fix the damage and when we were not able to do this we hired a company to repair the damage on our behalf and had already worked out with them to pay for whatever needed to be done We were to be billed by this sub-contractor after the work was completed We were not aware that he chose not to perform the work until we received this complaint from our customerWe sincerely apologize that the contractor did not do the work that he was suppose to do We have mailed Ms [redacted] a refund in the amount of $July 10th to her address of record on [redacted] ***Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do.Oregon Chem Dry
